Whitney has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in school counseling. She is licensed as both a professional school counselor and as an associate clinical mental health counselor extern. Whitney comes from a background of working in education at all grade levels, including higher education, where she was able to work with diverse populations. Her favorite modalities include mindfulness, motivational interviewing, person-centered, and CBT. Whitney enjoys working with all age groups 14 and older. The most important thing to Whitney is creating a safe space where clients feel welcomed, comfortable, validated, and heard. When Whitney is not working, you can expect her to be hanging out with her husband and 3 kids, going to farmers markets or community events, traveling, reading, exploring museums, going to concerts, or trying to learn more history - especially Ogden history. 

Whitney primarily works out of our Ogden office and provides telehealth to all of Utah, Oregon, and Idaho.
