Eden earned her bachelor's degree from Southern Utah University, where she majored in Business Management and minored in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Social Work at Weber State University. Eden's social work experience has primarily focused on children and adolescents, including working as a school social worker and providing support in residential treatment and intensive outpatient settings. Her professional experience also includes working with adults, giving her experience supporting people across different stages of life.
Eden is passionate about helping people better understand themselves, navigate difficult seasons, and recognize their own strengths. She believes that clients are the experts in their own lives and values building a therapeutic relationship grounded in collaboration, trust, and empowerment. Eden takes a holistic, client-centered approach, drawing from a variety of treatment modalities to meet each client's unique needs and goals. While much of her social work experience has been with children and adolescents, she is passionate about working with individuals across the lifespan and supporting clients wherever they are in their journey.
Eden enjoys sewing, crafts, being outside, and learning new things.Â
